Maxus eTerron 9 Launches In Singapore

Maxus eTerron 9

The Maxus eTerron 9 is Singapore’s newest heavyweight contender in the electric commercial vehicle ring.

Officially unveiled by Cycle & Carriage on 23 June 2025, the eTerron 9 is built with a dual-motor, four-wheel-drive setup pushing out 325kW and 700Nm of torque.

Maxus eTerron 9

Designed to take on muddy trails and sandy inclines, it sports Maxus’ All-Terrain System 3.0. Six preset modes (Eco, Normal, Power, Expert, Mud, and Sand) plus an intelligent 4WD mode can adapt to more than 400 unique driving situations. It even comes with the first-ever independent air suspension found in a pickup truck.

Towing is also not an issue, thanks to the eTerron 9’s class-leading 3,500kg braked capacity.

Packing a 102.2 kWh battery, the eTerron 9 serves up 566km of range (WLTP). And with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capabilities, it turns into a power hub on wheels. You can plug in tools, charge up your gadgets, or even run an outdoor movie night if you fancy.

Unlike it’s exterior, the cabin comes with leather-wrapped seats, soft-touch surfaces, and thoughtful storage abound. It even transforms; fold down the front seat and you get a nearly 170cm flatbed.

Dual 12.3-inch infotainment displays greet you the moment the eTerron 9 powers up, keeping vehicle settings and safety alerts front and centre. More importantly, safety is baked into the design, with over 20 advanced safety features including Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Warning, and even a Driver Monitoring System that checks if you’re nodding off.

Need to load a mountain bike or a washing machine? The electronically controlled tailgate and front trunk give you up to 236L of weatherproof space in front and 1,253L in the rear. Plus, a clever Easy Load mode lowers the rear end by 60mm to save your back.

At S$150,000 (excluding COE), the eTerron 9 is for the tradie who wants torque, the business owner who demands reliability, or even the city dweller who thinks a pickup might just be their next lifestyle vehicle.

The Maxus eTerron 9 is now available for viewing and test drives at the Cycle & Carriage Electric Commercial Vehicle Hub at 330 Ubi Road 3.
