Caltex Celebrates SG60 with a Picnic That Gives Back

Caltex SG60

Singapore’s 60th birthday bash is shaping up to be one to remember, and Caltex is making sure you’re dressed for the occasion, picnic-style.

In celebration of SG60, Caltex is rolling out a series of limited-edition picnic sets. Launching on 11 July 2025, these SG60 picnic sets, comprising a foldable box and a pair of chairs, are available for purchase at all 26 Caltex stations islandwide.

They come wrapped in vibrant artwork created by everyday Singaporeans, designs born from Mediacorp’s nationwide Design Pompipi contest. Over 2,000 entries were submitted, and with more than 18,000 votes cast, the final designs showcase a tapestry of Singapore life, from kaya toast to the Merlion, from our shared values to our multicultural heartbeat.

How to get it?

Fuel up with a minimum of $60 at any Caltex station, and you’ll be eligible to purchase one of the following:

  • Picnic Box for $12.60
  • Picnic Chair for $14.60
  • Bundle Set (1 box + 2 chairs) for $36.60 (with a tidy savings of $5.20)

OCBC cardholders get an additional $2 off each item or $6 off a bundle.

For every item purchased, Chevron Singapore will donate to Community Chest’s SGSHARE initiative; $2 for each picnic item and $6 for a bundle set. The initiative runs till 31 August 2025, or until stocks run out, and is capped at S$20,000.

It’s a simple but powerful way of turning a National Day picnic into a celebration that not only brings friends and family together, but also uplifts those in need.

So if you’re heading out this National Day, skip the plastic stools. Swing by your nearest Caltex, fuel up, and lounge in style, while doing a little good along the way.
