Aston Martin has announced the appointment of Andrea Baldi as its new Chief Commercial Officer, as the British marque continues strengthening its position within the ultra-luxury performance automotive segment.
Baldi will join Aston Martin Lagonda’s Executive Committee and oversee the company’s global commercial operations, bringing with him more than 25 years of automotive industry experience.
He spent a decade at Ducati before moving to Lamborghini, where he served for 15 years across senior leadership roles spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, and the United States.
Adrian Hallmark, Chief Executive Officer of Aston Martin Lagonda, said: “Andrea is a highly accomplished international leader with deep luxury automotive expertise and a proven track record of building demand and driving performance. His perspective and experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow our global presence and deliver sustainable results.”

In his new role, Baldi will be responsible for shaping Aston Martin’s overall commercial direction, while also focusing on market presence and long-term growth across global regions.
The company has spent the last few years steadily reshaping itself, balancing its traditional grand touring identity with modern performance technologies and electrification plans.

Models such as the Aston Martin DB12, Aston Martin Vantage, Aston Martin Vanquish and Aston Martin DBX have helped reposition the brand within an increasingly competitive luxury segment.
While the company remains deeply tied to high-performance internal combustion engines, it has already signalled a blended drivetrain approach moving forward, including electrified sports cars and SUVs.
