Navigating parking woes just got a whole lot easier with AXS Drive.
This new motoring app aims to resolve common parking headaches. Problems like stored-value card errors, getting stuck at the gantry due to insufficient funds, and the frantic search for a top-up machine.
So how does it work?
Link your credit card to your vehicle’s license plate and IU number, and automatic deductions are made as you exit the car park. AXS Drive uses License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to record entry and exit times, processing payments seamlessly once you leave.
Integrated with existing Electronic Parking Systems (EPS), it’s a breeze for car park operators to implement without needing additional hardware.
With its account-based payment processing system, drivers no longer need to worry about IU reading errors or cash card mishaps. No more getting stuck at the exit with a line of vehicles behind you!

As of its launch, AXS Drive is operational in 12 car parks, including popular spots like Downtown East, Far East Plaza, The Heeren, and Wisma Atria. With 55 more commercial car parks set to join and a target of 100 car parks by the end of 2024, AXS Drive aims to capture 12% of the commercial car park market share.

AXS Drive isn’t just a boon for drivers; car park operators can reap benefits too. The system reduces congestion, minimises debit errors, and supports digitalised tickets and coupons.
Accurate recording of vehicle details at exit means smoother exits and fewer debit errors, translating to increased revenue for operators. Plus, tailgating will become a thing of the past.
The ecosystem integrates easily with existing parking privilege programs, facilitating digital coupons and streamlining administrative processes.
Operators can also leverage value-added features like real-time advertising of available parking spaces to boost occupancy rates and revenue potential. This feature is available from launch.
For the first year, AXS has partnered with Mastercard to offer seamless, secure payment experiences via the Mastercard Gateway, with plans to include other payment networks in the future.

AXS plans to expand AXS Drive to more car parks islandwide and explore collaborations with malls to enhance shopping and parking experiences. Users might soon earn and redeem rewards points directly through the app, promoting a paperless, clutter-free, and environmentally friendly system.
Launch Referral Campaign
To celebrate the launch, AXS is running a referral campaign. Users can earn a $1 voucher towards their next parking payment for each referral that completes a parking payment through the app.
Vouchers can be tracked under the Parking Privileges section and will automatically be applied to parking charges, with any remaining balance deducted from the linked Mastercard.
