Eurokars Leasing has opened its second customer facility in Singapore, the City Lounge at The Alexcier along Alexandra Road.
The new location complements its existing Rental Experience Lounge at Tanjong Penjuru, extending its short-term rental and long-term leasing services closer to customers in central Singapore.
Renting or leasing a car is usually a practical affair. There are forms to complete, keys to collect and, depending on the day, a fair amount of waiting involved. Eurokars Leasing believes the experience can be a little more civilised.
The City Lounge has been designed as a calmer and more welcoming space, somewhere customers can take a moment to settle themselves before heading out onto the road.
Bringing mobility closer to the city
Situated at 237 Alexandra Road, The Alexcier sits within one of Singapore’s best-known automotive districts. Numerous dealerships, workshops and service centres are located nearby, while Redhill MRT station is only a short walk away.
For motorists whose cars are being serviced in the area, the arrangement is particularly convenient. Rather than travelling across the island to collect a replacement vehicle, customers can move from the workshop to a rental car along the same stretch of road.
The new facility has been created for both private and corporate customers. Natural textures, comfortable seating and warm lighting give the space a softer character, while an open layout prevents it from feeling like a conventional administrative office. There is also a dedicated coffee station and an immersive audio system.
With the opening of the City Lounge, Eurokars Leasing now operates two principal customer touchpoints across Singapore.
Its established Tanjong Penjuru facility continues to serve customers in the west, while the Alexandra Road outlet provides a more central option. Together, the two locations give the company broader geographical coverage without requiring customers to travel unnecessarily far for rental or leasing services.
Its offerings include short-term rentals for motorists who require temporary transport, as well as longer-term leasing arrangements for individuals and companies that prefer access to a vehicle without the responsibilities of ownership.
