February 18, 2025, promises to be an eventful night as Formula 1 kicks off its 75th anniversary season.
For the first time in its storied history, all ten teams, their drivers, and team principals will unite on a single stage at London’s iconic The O2.
The event aims to redefine live sports entertainment. Brian Burke, whose accolades include the opening ceremonies of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, has teamed up with Stufish Entertainment Architects and DX7 Design to bring this event to life.
Not many details are released yet, but we know it’ll be two hours of non-stop action featuring exclusive livery reveals, driver line-ups, and interviews with the sport’s biggest names. “We’re pulling out all the stops,” Burke enthuses. “This is about celebrating the essence of Formula 1.”
Stefano Domenicali, President & CEO of Formula 1, is equally enthusiastic. “For the first time, fans will get up close and personal with all 20 superstars of our sport,” he says. “With 2025 shaping up to be a classic season, this event is the perfect way to set the tone.”
Tickets range from £58 to £113, and for those unable to attend, a live broadcast will ensure no one misses out. FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem notes, “The season launch event is a fitting prelude to a year-long celebration of the sport’s rich history.”
With an estimated 1,000 guests expected to fill The O2, the night promises a rare blend of nostalgia and forward-looking excitement. For more details and ticket information, visit F1’s official site.
