The freshly revamped showroom is designed to put the customer front and centre. As Mr Lars Nielsen, Managing Director of BMW Group Asia, pointed out, this “groundbreaking showroom serves as a lighthouse for our new holistic approach.”
From bespoke hospitality to digital innovation, every aspect of the new space is fine-tuned to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for BMW buyers and owners alike.
An Experience Beyond Cars
As you walk in, the first thing that grabs your attention is the café and bar at the heart of the showroom. This is the largest bar counter in any car dealership in Singapore, and it’s designed for all kinds of interactions.
A 6.5-metre LED screen and green moss wall add to the serene, laid-back vibe.
If you’re a BMW Luxury Class customer, things get even better. The Performance Lounge on Level 3 is your exclusive sanctuary, with a private café, curated breakfast menus, and a bird’s-eye view of the showroom floor below.
BMW’s Luxury Class customers even get the option of facial recognition access.
Even the delivery of your new BMW becomes a celebration, with five luxurious Handover Lounges. Two of these are exclusively for BMW Luxury Class and M customers, and they can even be combined for double deliveries or private events.
A High-Tech Customer Experience
BMW is staying ahead of the curve when it comes to technology. And the new PML showroom is no different. You can now book your service appointments via the SDM SG OneGo mobile app, receive real-time updates, and even drop off your car keys using Key Drop/Collection Lockers with QR codes.
When you arrive for your appointment, Automated Number Plate Recognition technology takes over, seamlessly guiding you through the service process.
As Mr Nielsen aptly put it, “From facial to automated number plate recognition technology, Performance Motors now has more digital tools than ever before. This is the BMW way – we take the lead in driving innovation.”
Sustainability at the Forefront
The entire facility’s electricity consumption is offset by Renewable Energy Certificates (REC), and customers are encouraged to reduce water wastage by opting out of the standard car wash during servicing or choosing the Fast Track service.
The showroom has even gone green, literally, with a Sky Garden on Level 6, where herbs like pandan and mint are grown as part of PML’s urban farming initiative.
