Nio has opened its new showroom in Singapore, called Nio Space, at 28 Leng Kee Road.
Chinese EV brand Nio, which made its local debut at this year’s Singapore Motorshow, has now officially opened its new showroom, dubbed Nio Space, at 28 Leng Kee Road.
Wearnes Automotive, the brand’s official distributor in Singapore, marked the opening of the showroom on 13 March with a gathering for the media and customers. The facility will allow customers to experience Nio’s approach to electric mobility, as well as get up close to the brand’s cars.
For now, the Nio Space will showcase the Firefly, which is the brand’s sole offering for Singapore currently. However, also on display at the opening was a prototype of the Nio EP9, a 1,000kW hypercar that is designed for track use only.
“The opening of this Nio Space marks the start of Wearnes Automotive’s partnership with Nio in Singapore,” said Andre Roy, CEO of Wearnes Automotive. “As the industry continues to evolve towards electrification and intelligent mobility, we look forward to introducing Nio’s vehicles and technologies to customers here.”
