Mini is bidding a solemn farewell to the Clubman with the Final Edition. Get yours now before it’s gone.
The iconic Mini Clubman is taking its final bow, and it’s going out in style. Mini, in its characteristic charm, is bidding farewell with the launch of the Clubman Final Edition – a limited run of just 1,969 units worldwide. And yes, you guessed it right, that number is a nod to the year the original Clubman graced the roads.

But here’s the kicker for my fellow Singaporeans: out of this exclusive bunch, only five units are making their way to our little red dot. These beauties come with a price tag of S$264,888, inclusive of COE. Now, that might sound like a pretty penny, but remember, you’re not just buying a car; you’re grabbing a piece of Mini history.
Under the hood, this Final Edition is based on the Cooper S model. That means a peppy 2.0-litre turbo engine with a respectable 178hp and 280Nm of torque.
And to make these limited editions even more drool-worthy, you get to pick from three distinct body colours – Nanuq White, Enigmatic Black, and Melting Silver. The Singaporean batch will have a mix of all three, so it’s like a Mini rainbow on the roads (get it?).

The Final Edition is not just about what’s under the hood; it’s a visual feast. Picture this – highlights in Shimmer Copper adorning the grille, alloy wheels, and various styling details around the body.

Slide into the cockpit, and you’re greeted with an interior that screams exclusivity. Dark Maroon leather seats, anthracite-coloured Piquet fabric inserts, and blue contrast stitching – it’s like sitting in a plush lounge.
The dashboard trim is not just a trim; it’s a work of art in matte shimmering Sage Green Dark colour, with, you guessed it, more Shimmer Copper highlights. And just in case you forget how special your ride is, there’s ‘Final Edition’ lettering sprinkled throughout, and ‘1 of 1969’ badges to constantly remind you that you’re driving something special.

Now, why the farewell, you ask? Well, it’s part of Mini’s grand plan. The Clubman is gracefully stepping off the stage to make room for Mini’s electric future.
By 2030, Mini aims to be an all-electric brand, starting with the next-gen Mini Cooper hatch and Mini Countryman. While the Clubman bows out, there’s a whisper about a potential successor – the Aceman model. Alas, it’s not a wagon; it’s a sleek coupe SUV.

So, as we bid adieu to the Clubman, let’s cherish these Final Editions like the rare gems they are. After all, it’s not every day you get to be part of a club that’s limited to 1,969 members.
