BMW World of Golf is back in 2025, with a fresh swing and trademark touch of Bavarian brilliance.
Launched with the poise of a seasoned tee-off, this year’s event continues the legacy of what has become one of the most prestigious amateur golf series in the world.
If you’re new to the BMW Golf Cup, it’s the Wimbledon of amateur golf, only with more carbon fibre and a better view from the carpark. With over 100,000 golfers from more than 50 countries participating annually, it’s a global celebration of sportsmanship.
“BMW has been closely linked to golf since as far back as 1982,” said Lars Nielsen, Managing Director, BMW Group Asia. “And it’s not just a sponsorship opportunity for us, it’s a core part of our business. It is a lifestyle experience that resonates with many of our customers in Singapore, and throughout the region, and opens the door for us to engage with our customers beyond the purchase of their car.”
The top-performing golfers from our sunny island’s leg will earn their place in the BMW Golf Cup World Final, a once-in-a-lifetime experience set against a backdrop of rolling greens, elite competition, and a five-star hospitality programme that would make even Augusta blush.

Alongside the fairways and bunkers, guests will get up close with the latest innovations from the BMW stable, including a line-up of electrified and M-badged models that speak the same language of performance as the golfers behind the clubs.
Expect gourmet pop-up lounges, immersive brand showcases, and curated experiences for players and spectators alike.
“Golf has taken on a life of its own in the world of BMW, and continues to grow, year on year. BMW Asia took the lead for the BWM World of Golf back in 2023 and expanded the series of events beyond customers, to brand enthusiasts, who enjoy the sport. 2024 witnessed more than 1500 players and we expect to host more than 2000 players in 2025. It’s remarkable to see the sport grow in Singapore and to be a part of that growth story,” Mr Nielsen added.
