Eurokars EV has officially opened a new aftersales service centre for MG and IM cars in Singapore, located at Eurokars Group’s Tanjong Penjuru facility in the West.
Eurokars EV, the official distributor for MG and IM Motors here, has opened a new service centre for both brands. Located at 27A Tanjong Penjuru, the new service centre aims to cater to the growing group of MG and IM customers in Singapore.

The new service centre increases the servicing capacity for both brands by three times locally, and will also result in shorter waiting times and quicker turnarounds for owners.
It also offers upgraded facilities and expanded workshop capabilities to handle the latest range of MG and IM electric vehicles (EVs).

Key highlights of the new facility, which was officially opened on 11 August, include dedicated EV servicing bays with specialised diagnostic equipment, more workstations for technicians, additional vehicle intake and delivery bays, as well as a special One-Hour Quick Service available for selected servicing packages.

With the new facility, there is also now more flexibility when it comes to booking servicing appointment slots, or even to cater for ad-hoc walk-in servicing requests.
Owners can wait for their cars in comfort as their car is being serviced, with an upgraded customer lounge that features personal table-side consultations with the brand’s service advisors, along with four dedicated workstations for customers who want to work remotely. They can also enjoy complimentary beverages and refreshments, while those who need a ride can get on the free shuttle service to Jurong East MRT station.

To celebrate the opening of the new MG and IM service centre, Eurokars EV will be holding an MG Owners Open House event on 22 August from 10am to 4pm.
Visitors will get to enjoy a tour of the facility, as well as special deals such as exclusive after sales promotions and servicing packages. There will also be a limited selection of MG and IM display cars available for sale at special one-day-only event prices.
