CASIO Singapore has launched the EDIFICE ECB-2300HR, a special-edition collaborative timepiece commemorating 60 years since Honda’s first Formula 1 victory.
On 24 October 1965 at the Mexican Grand Prix, the Honda’s RA272 took the chequered flag and secured the brand’s first-ever F1 win. The ECB-2300HR pays tribute to this milestone in motorsport history,
translating the car’s design codes and engineering breakthroughs into a timepiece for today.

The bezel’s authentic Championship White finish is taken from the RA272’s iconic body colour. It’s juxtaposed with a vivid red circle along the outer edge of the dial that nods to the Hinomaru (Japanese flag) on the car’s bodywork.
They preside over the gold-coloured metal band loop engraved with the historic victory message sent from the circuit to headquarters, ‘Veni, Vidi, Vici.’ (I came, I saw, I conquered), alongside the car number ‘11’.

Further down, on the underside of the band at 6 o’clock, a blueprint-style rendering of the pioneering 1.5-litre V12 engine presents the sophisticated engineering that set the RA272 apart in its era. The band itself combines Nappa leather with Ultrasuede, infusing a luxurious handfeel with dependable durability.
The inset dial at 9 o’clock is inspired by the RA272’s tachometer, with the indicator shape, scale font and red zone line, all carefully considered in its design, to recreate the atmosphere of the original cockpit instrument. On the case back, a Honda-designed laser-engraved anniversary logo marking the 60-year milestone serves as the finishing touch to the collaboration.

The ECB-2300HR is available in Singapore from 3 March 2026 (ahead of a global release on 13
March 2026) via the CASIO online store and at Vincent Watch until sold out, at S$599.
