MINI introduces a new entry point into its iconic hatchback range, combining familiar go-kart handling with a special lifestyle collaboration at Mondrian Singapore Duxton.
There are plenty of small hatchbacks on the market, but few have quite the personality of a MINI. From its unmistakable circular headlights to its playful driving characteristics, the British marque has always approached motoring a little differently.
Now, MINI Singapore is making that experience more accessible with the introduction of the new MINI Cooper One, available in both three-door and five-door configurations.
Priced from S$261,888, the Cooper One represents a new entry point into MINI ownership, offering the brand’s distinctive character without requiring buyers to stretch towards its more powerful variants.
And to celebrate its arrival, MINI has partnered with Mondrian Singapore Duxton to offer new owners something rather different from the usual showroom promotion.
Familiar MINI Character, More Accessible Performance
Under the bonnet, the MINI Cooper One features a 1.5-litre TwinPower Turbo three-cylinder engine producing 121bhp and 230Nm of torque.
Power is delivered to the front wheels through a seven-speed Steptronic transmission, with the three-door model completing the 0-100km/h sprint in 9.3 seconds. The five-door version takes a slightly more leisurely 9.6 seconds.
Neither figure is particularly earth-shattering, but outright acceleration has never been the sole attraction of a MINI. Instead, the Cooper One retains the brand’s signature go-kart driving philosophy, combining compact proportions with the engaging character that has defined MINI for generations.
Both variants achieve a claimed fuel consumption figure of 6.1 litres per 100km, making them relatively economical companions for everyday commuting.
The three-door Cooper One is priced at S$261,888, while the more practical five-door version costs S$263,888.
A MINI Experience Beyond The Driver’s Seat

To mark the launch, MINI Singapore has partnered with Mondrian Singapore Duxton to create an exclusive ownership experience. Customers purchasing a new MINI between 24 October and 12 December 2026 will receive a curated hotel stay featuring bespoke in-room touches, driving experiences and dining activities.
The itinerary includes opportunities to explore creative workshops at New Bahru, participate in cocktail or mocktail-making sessions at Canyon Club and enjoy dining experiences at Birds of a Feather. Guests can also take part in wellness activities before breakfast the following morning.
“The philosophy behind the MINI x Mondrian experience is simple, ownership should be every bit as rewarding as the drive itself,” said Daren Ching, Head of MINI Asia. “Just as MINI has always been about more than getting from point A to B, we believe the best ownership experiences are shaped by the people, places and moments that surround the vehicle.”
A Different Kind Of Staycation
Beyond the promotion for new owners, Mondrian Singapore Duxton is also offering a separate suite experience for guests interested in discovering the MINI lifestyle.
The package includes a two-day, one-night test drive of the MINI Cooper, complimentary parking and a specially crafted MINI-themed welcome drink at Canyon Club.
Guests will also enjoy a four-course lunch at Bottega di Carna, daily breakfast for two and a 2pm late check-out, subject to availability.
Damien Marchenay, General Manager of Mondrian Singapore Duxton, highlighted the shared emphasis on creativity and design. “Both brands share a passion for design, creativity and self-expression, and a belief that everyday experiences can be elevated through thoughtful details and meaningful connections.”
More Than Just An Entry-Level MINI
With the introduction of the Cooper One, MINI Singapore is offering buyers a more accessible way into the brand without abandoning the qualities that make its cars distinctive.
The new MINI Cooper One is available at MINI Habitat, 27 Leng Kee Road, Singapore 159098.
