Julian Jenkins, former President of Aston Martin Lagonda in the Americas, will assume the new role at Rolls-Royce from 1st March 2024.
Rolls-Royce has recently announced that Henrik Wilhelmsmeyer will be stepping down from his role as Director of Sales and Brand. He is being succeeded by Julian Jenkins from 1st March 2024.
Wilhelmsmeyer started his director role at Rolls-Royce’s Goodwood global headquarters in 2018, having previously been the marque’s Regional Director for the Greater China region.

Wilhelmsmeyer is known to have helmed the product development as well as sales and marketing campaigns for the Cullinan, Ghost, Phantom Series II, and the Spectre. He also contributed to ensuring coachbuilding would become a permanent fixture within the Rolls-Royce portfolio.
Wilhelmsmeyer is poised to take up a new senior position within the BMW Group, where he’ll play a leading role in shaping the brand’s future high-end luxury cars.
His successor, Julian Jenkins, has served a total of six years at Goodwood, before which he was the former President of Aston Martin Lagonda in the Americas and holder of senior roles at Bentley in North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
Jenkins’ international experience, product expertise and deep knowledge of the luxury sector place him in good stead to bring Rolls-Royce forward in its all-electric future.
