The new flagship four-storey establishment houses two pre-owned car showrooms, BMW Motorrad, Sime Darby Services, plus a host of workshops for aftersales care.
Sime Darby Motors has recently pulled the covers off their new four-storey flagship facility. Located at 1 Ubi Road, you’re greeted by two pre-owned car showrooms as soon as you step in the doors – Sime Darby Auto Selection (SDAS) and BMW Premium Selection (BPS).

SDAS is where you’ll find pre-loved cars from various brands, each undergoing rigorous inspections to ensure they’re in good shape.

BPS is even more strict with its criteria; to be part of the Certified pre-owned BMW programme, these models must be less than five years old, have less than 120,000km on the clock, and pass a thorough 360-degree inspection. Anything less is simply ‘pre-owned’.

Also gracing the first level is the new flagship Motorrad showroom. From sleek scooters to robust cruisers and sport bikes, Motorrad has it all.
And for the bike owners, there’s the convenience of getting their two-wheelers serviced right there.

The second floor houses the quality control area, where cars await their new owners. And speaking of new owners, there’s a private delivery suite where customers can experience the joy of being handed the keys to their new ride.
There’s an on-site valuation service on the same floor for those looking to part with their vehicle. It’s a one-stop shop where you can get a quote for your car in just a single visit.

The third floor hosts various car and motorcycle workshops. They’re state-of-the-art BMW aftersales and repair facilities used by Sime Darby Services (SDS), Quick Lane Service, and PML Service.
And for the BMW loyalists, PML Service employs certified BMW technicians, complementing Performance Motors Limited, one of the two official BMW dealers in Singapore. Fun fact: 20% of BMW owners in Singapore live in the northeast, making this aftersales facility a strategic and convenient location for many.
