Vincar Group has appointed Evolve Cars as a new dealer for Proton in Singapore, and marked the occasion with the opening of its new showroom in Ubi.

Vincar Group, the authorised distributor for Proton in Singapore, has appointed Evolve Cars as a new official dealer for the brand here. It commemorated the occasion with the opening of Evolve Cars’s new Proton showroom at the Automobile Megamart building at Ubi on 11 June.

As an authorised dealer, Evolve Cars will stock Proton’s range of e.MAS electric cars, including the e.MAS 7 EV, as well as the new e.MAS 5 compact SUV, which is expected to arrive in Singapore by the end of July.

The showroom’s location at the Ubi automotive belt gives customers another sales touchpoint in the eastern side of the island, and complements Vincar’s existing Proton showroom at Leng Kee Road. Aside from test drives, Evolve Cars will also offer aftersales and service support, backed by Proton’s official warranty programmes.

“The appointment of Evolve Cars represents another important step in expanding the Proton e.MAS network in Singapore. By increasing customer touch points and strengthening our retail presence, we are making it easier for more Singaporeans to discover and embrace electric mobility,” said Ernest Tan, deputy CEO of Vincar Group.

“Evolve Cars is proud to partner with Vincar Group and represent the Proton e.MAS brand in Singapore,” said Patrick Lum, Director of Evolve Cars. “Our new Ubi showroom will bring Proton e.MAS vehicles closer to the community, and our team is committed to delivering excellent service and support to every customer.”
