As of 1 January 2026, Volkswagen Group Singapore (VGS) now stands as the sole official Service Centre for CUPRA and SEAT vehicles in Singapore.
VGS remains committed to supporting the ownership journey of SEAT customers and the CUPRA Tribe, ensuring that their vehicles continue to perform as they were designed to.
All authorised servicing, maintenance, warranty repairs and software updates will be carried out exclusively by VGS, using genuine parts, factory-trained technicians and manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment.

Seat owners and CUPRA Tribe members can expect the highest standard of car care at Volkswagen Group Singapore’s authorised service facilities, with a dedicated team ready to support with enquiries or service appointments.
Owners can also stay up to date on the latest activities and benefits through the CUPRA SG Owner’s App (available on the App Store and Google Play). Benefits include exclusive access to owners’ privileges and events, seamless service appointment booking, adding family members as a Secondary Owner to manage vehicles and more.
With this new structure, VGS looks forward to bringing the ownership experience to even greater heights for both prospective and existing customers in Singapore.
